Introduction to QGKZD-2 DC dual charging pile control board
DC dual charging options are as follows:
Model: QGKZD-2-JC Note: The power of the two guns is fixed and charged at the same time (equal charging)
Model: QGKZD-2-LC Note: Double gun high-power polling charging
Model: QGKZD-2-AB Note: The power of the two guns is automatically adjusted and charged at the same time
Model: QGKZD-2-AC Note: The power of the two guns is fully automatically adjusted and charged at the same time
(Can be customized according to needs to meet charging pile power distribution requirements.)

As shown in the above set of pictures, QGKZD-2 is the core control board of the DC charging pile, which controls the dual guns.
To meet the control of DC dual charging piles. Gangu dual charging control board is a two-in-one board that controls two guns at the same time. The functional configuration is as follows:
1. Hardware configuration
1) Power supply: AC220±20%V 1A
2) Spare output: 2 dry contact outputs, spare.
3) Fault alarm output: 1 dry contact output, used for fault output or control AC input.
4) Electromagnetic lock: 2-way electromagnetic lock 12v output, which can switch 12v positive and negative to meet the requirements of driving coils or motors.
5) Bleed resistor control: 2 channels of bleed control output, used to control the bleed circuit.
6) Cooling fan control: When charging, control the starting fan.
7) Fault indicator light: fault indication.
8) B charging indicator light: B charging indicator.
9) A charging indicator: A charging indication.
10) Power indicator light: power indicator.
11) A-BMS power output: Control the BMS power output of gun A.
12) B-BMS power output: Control B gun BMS power output.
13) A-circuit breaker output: A gun controls DC+\DC-circuit breaker output.
14) B-circuit breaker output: B gun controls DC+\DC-circuit breaker output.
15) Emergency stop state: emergency stop charging button state, switch value collection.
16) A circuit breaker KM1 status: A circuit breaker KM1 status, switching value collection.
17) A circuit breaker KM2 status: A circuit breaker KM2 status, switching value collection.
18) B circuit breaker KM1 status: B circuit breaker KM1 status, switching value collection.
19) B circuit breaker KM2 status: B circuit breaker KM2 status, switching value collection.
20) A electromagnetic lock status: A The closed or disconnected status of the electromagnetic lock, the switching value is collected.
21) B electromagnetic lock status: B electromagnetic lock closed or open state, switch value collection.
22) A gun temperature status: A charging gun tip temperature switch status, switch value collection.
23) B gun temperature temperature status: B charging gun head temperature switch status, switch value collection.
24) Standby state: standby switch status, switch collection.
25) Cabinet door status: cabinet door open and close switch status, switch value collection.
26) Car A CC1 signal: Analog quantity collection that meets the national standards of 6v and 4v.
27) Car B CC1 signal: Analog quantity collection that meets the national standards of 6v and 4v.
28) External power supply: external control power input, used to drive the intermediate relay, the power supply is compatible with 12V input.
29) Card reader USB interface: external IC contactless card reader for settlement. Also used for controller local upgrade program.
30) Touch screen: human-machine interface operation, standard 7.0-inch screen for single charging, communication RS232. Others can be customized.
31) Card reader: external IC contactless card reader for settlement.
32) Ethernet: Backup communication interface, networked with the backend. Standard RJ45 network interface.
33) Insulation detection: used for insulation detection and measuring 2-way insulation resistance at the same time.
34) Electric meter: The electric meter address can be set, the electric meter interface is RS485.9600.E.8.1, and all three-phase electric meters whose protocol meets the national standard DLT645-2007 can be used.
35) A-BMS-CAN communication: The A-gun battery management system (bms) communicates with the controller to meet the new national standard.
36) B-BMS-CAN communication: The B-gun battery management system (bms) communicates with the controller to meet the new national standard.
37) A-ACDC-CAN communication: The controller communicates with the A-gun ACDC module power supply can, meeting a variety of protocols, and the protocol can be customized according to the module manufacturer used by the customer.
38) B-ACDC-CAN communication: The controller communicates with the B-gun ACDC module power supply can, meeting a variety of protocols, and the protocol can be customized according to the module manufacturer used by the customer.
39) Extension-standby: Reserve the interface for expansion and standby.
40) A-DC measurement input: measure the A-gun vehicle charging voltage.
41) B-DC measurement input: measure the B-gun vehicle charging voltage.
2. Software configuration
1) Human-machine interface
A) 7-inch industrial touch screen. (10-inch and 12-inch screens can be customized according to requirements)
B) Charging voltage, charging current, energy measurement information, account balance, consumption amount, charged time, and various status inputs.
C) Equipped with power supply, running charging and fault indicator lights.
D) Administrator parameter settings require a password to enter.
E) Display nearly 50 fault alarm information records, which will not be lost when power is lost.
F) Status display and text reminder during charging to prevent personnel from misoperation.
2)Charging function
A) BMS complies with the new national standard GBT27930.1-2016
B) Charging mode: fixed charging, scheduled charging, quantitative charging, scheduled charging, automatic full charging.
C) Power-off charging record saving function, charging information will not be lost when power is lost.
D) With the function of saving charging records when disconnected from the network, charging information will not be lost when disconnected from the network, and settlement information will continue to be uploaded when the network is connected.
E) Record 100 pieces of charging information in a loop. It will not be lost in case of power outage and can be uploaded to the background.
F) Supports swiping card to start charging.
G) Support scanning QR code to start charging.
3) Protection fault alarm function
A) AC input overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, leakage, and lightning protection, and some protection settings can be set.
B) The electromagnetic lock locks the charging gun during charging.
C) During charging, the temperature of the gun tip is monitored, an over-temperature alarm occurs, and charging is stopped.
D) Equipped with an emergency stop switch, which can emergency stop charging through manual or remote communication instructions.
E) Manual confirmation is required when starting charging.
F) When an important alarm occurs in the system, the relevant alarm fault will be reported immediately.
G) BMS charging 4-step fault indication.
4) Payment function
A) Support contactless IC card swipe payment.
B) Pay by scanning the QR code on the mobile APP.
C) Support WeChat scan code payment.
5) Measuring function
A) Electric meter measurement.
6)Background communication function (protocol can be customized)
A) Supports Ethernet communication (standard configuration).
B) Support RS485 communication (optional).
C) Support RS232 communication (standard configuration).
