QGKZA-3 is a simple AC charging pile core control board that can control a single gun and meets the new national standard. Specific functional configuration

As follows: 1. Hardware configuration

1) Power supply: AC220V±20%

2) Control output: 2 dry contact outputs, shock capacity 30A, can directly drive 3.5kw/7.0kw charging gun, or can drive AC220V contactor, and the contactor controls the charging gun (recommended for 7.0kw).

3) Indicator light: 3-way indicator light, 12v output, current 20ma, with current limiter to prevent short circuit burnout. The individual lights are: running, charging, and fault indicator lights.

4) CP signal: 1 CP signal output, meeting the national standard 12v, 9v, 6v PWM output, the pulse width can be set to 3.5KW

or 7KW.

5) Emergency stop: Emergency stop charging button status, 12v switching value collection.

6) Touch screen: human-machine interface operation, standard 4.3-inch screen for single charge, power supply 12v400ma output, communication RS232. Others can be customized.

7) Electric meter: It can be connected to 1 electric meter. The address of the electric meter can be set. The electric meter interface is RS485.9600.E.8.1, which can be set. The protocol meets the national standard.

DLT645-2007 single-phase electricity meters can be used.

8) Voltage measurement: The control board integrates 220v AC voltage sampling, which can be used for voltage measurement and protection.

9) Current measurement: The control board integrates a 0~40A AC current sampling interface and uses a through-core micro transformer, which can be used for current measurement and protection.

10) Card reader: An external IC contactless card reader is used for card settlement.

11) GPRS communication: Use the card reader interface to network with the backend through GPRS, and the communication interface is RS232.

12) Ethernet: Backup communication interface, networked with the backend. Standard RJ45 network interface.
