1. Introduction to QGKZA-(1,2) AC charging pile control board



As shown in the figure above, QGDZA-(1,2) is the core control board of the AC charging pile, which can control the AC charging pile.

Single gun and double gun can meet the control of AC single charging and AC dual charging charging piles. specific

The function configuration is as follows:

1. Hardware configuration

1) Power supply: AC220±20%V 1A

2) Control output: 2 dry contact outputs, 1 of which is used for a single gun, and 2 of them are used for a double gun.

3) Indicator light: 3-way/4-way indicator light, 12v output, current 10ma, with current limiter to prevent short circuit burnout. The individual lights are: running, charging, and fault indicator lights. The two indicators are: running, A charging, and B charging indicator lights. (The indicator lights can be customized)

4) CP signal: 2 CP signal outputs, meeting the national standard 12v, 9v, 6v PWM output, the pulse width can be set to 3.5KW or 7KW.

5) Output feedback: closed or open status of the contactor.

6) Emergency stop: emergency stop charging button status, 12v switch value acquisition.

7) Touch screen: human-machine interface operation, standard 4.3-inch screen for single charging, 7.0-inch screen for dual charging,

Power supply 12v400ma output, communication RS232. Others can be customized.

8) Electric meter: The electric meter is integrated inside the AC integrated control panel.

9) Communication RS232 backup communication interface, networked with the backend.

10) GPRS or WIFI: Backup communication interface, networked with the backend, providing 12V power supply, can be connected to GPRS 2G/3G/4G, or WIFI.

11) Ground PE: external earth.

12) Card reader interface: external IC card contactless card reader for settlement. Also used for

Controller local upgrade procedure.

13) Ethernet: Backup communication interface, networked with the backend. Standard RJ45 network interface.

2. Software configuration

1) Human-machine interface

A) 4.3/7-inch industrial touch screen.

B) Charging voltage, charging current, energy measurement information, account balance, consumption amount, charging time, etc.

C) Equipped with power supply, running charging and fault indicator lights.

D) Administrator parameter settings require a password to enter.

E) Displays nearly 50 fault alarm information records.

F) Status display and text reminder during charging to prevent personnel from misoperation.

2)Charging function

A) CP complies with the new national standard GBT18487.1-2016

B) Charging mode: fixed charging, scheduled charging, quantitative charging, scheduled charging, automatic full charging, manual charging.

C) Power-off charging record saving function, charging information will not be lost when power is lost.

D) With the function of saving charging records when disconnected from the network, charging information will not be lost when disconnected from the network, and settlement information will continue to be uploaded when the network is connected.

E) Cyclically record 100 pieces of charging information, which can be uploaded to the background.

F) Supports swiping card to start charging.

G) Support scanning QR code to start charging.

3) Protection fault alarm function

A) AC input overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, leakage, and lightning protection, and some protection settings can be set.

B) Equipped with an emergency stop switch, which can emergency stop charging through manual or remote communication instructions.

C) Manual confirmation is required when starting charging.

D) When an important alarm occurs in the system, report the relevant alarm fault immediately.

4) Payment function

A) Support contactless IC card swipe payment.

B) Pay by scanning the QR code on the mobile APP.

C) Support WeChat scan code payment.
