1. Product introduction
The AC charging pile test system uses an internal on-board charger simulator to interact with electric vehicle AC charging piles to achieve real-time simulation of the electric vehicle charging process. This test system can measure AC charging piles of two specifications: 220V and 380V. The test system integrates the load of the 220V system and leads out the load wiring of the 380V system to expand the other two-phase loads. Or extended load for all 3 phases. This test system can select the load current gear, which can meet the single-phase 3.5kw and 7.0kw tests, and can also simulate overcurrent experiments. This test system integrates an 8.8KW resistive load. Customers can expand the load through the external load interface to meet high-power testing requirements. This test system uses a 7.0-inch touch screen, which is easy to operate and intuitive to display.

3. Instructions for use
1) Power supply
This device requires an external 220V±10%AC AC power supply. Connect L, N, and PE to the power supply terminals respectively. At the same time, close the miniature circuit breaker on the panel. At this time, the touch screen lights up and the system enters the working state.
2) Test function
A) Insert the gun into the test device interface. At this time, the CP signal voltage state will change, and the current system displays "Idle".
B) Select the load control current level for testing, it is recommended to start from 16A.
C) At this time, start the charging pile and start testing.
D) When the test system receives the CP signal PWM pulse, it will delay closing the S2 switch and start charging.
E) After starting charging, the system status displays "Stop Charging". At this time, you can click "Stop Charging" to turn off charging.
F) During the charging process, the load current can be changed to simulate overcurrent protection.
G) During the charging process, the "leakage test" can be started. The test system is put into a leakage resistance simulation test. The simulated leakage current is 50mA. After a delay of 2s, the leakage simulation resistor is automatically disconnected.
H) During the test, it will display whether the CP voltage is within the qualified range specified by the national standard and highlight the prompt.
I) The test logic of this test system is mainly based on the AC control guidance in GB18487-2015.
3) External power load
A) This device provides an external load interface, respectively L1\L2\L3\N. L1 has provided an 8.8kw load inside the test device. L2\L3M is mainly used for 380V systems. There is no load provided inside the device. The rated maximum operating current of the external load is 63A. If you need a power load greater than 83A, please indicate when ordering.
B) The external load does not have an anti-backflow function, so be careful to prevent backflow power from entering.
4. Precautions
1) This device generates heat when working, and the shell temperature is relatively high. Be careful about burns when using it! When the device is working, someone must monitor it and pay attention to ventilation to prevent fire!
2) The external expansion interface has high-voltage output when working. Be careful to prevent electric shock!
3) Do not exceed the rated working range of this device or overload it!
4) This device integrates a power resistor and is fragile. Please do not carry it violently!
