The State Administration for Market Regulation emphasized in the "Notice" that in response to the problems discovered in this national supervision and spot inspection of product quality, all relevant provincial market supervision departments must quickly organize and handle the results of supervision and spot inspections in accordance with the "Product Quality Law", "Interim Measures for the Management of Product Quality Supervision and Spot Inspections" and other relevant requirements, and promptly enter the handling situation into the e-CQS system. For unqualified products found in supervisory inspections, e-commerce platforms are urged to immediately remove them from the shelves, and at the same time, measures such as sealing and detaining are taken in accordance with the law, and manufacturers are strictly prohibited from leaving the factory for sale. For unqualified enterprises, further clarify the rectification requirements, strictly supervise the implementation of rectification measures, and organize timely reviews. Those suspected of committing crimes will be promptly transferred to judicial authorities. Enterprises that have seriously violated the law and are dishonest must be included in the management of the list of serious violations of the law and dishonesty in accordance with the law.
