AC dual charging control panel

As shown in the above figure, QGKZA - (1,2) is the core control board of the AC charging pile, which can control AC single gun and dual gun, and can meet the control of both AC single charging and AC dual charging charging piles. The specific functional configuration is as follows:
1、 Hardware configuration
1) Power supply: DC12V+0.5V 2A
2) Control output: 2-channel dry contact output, can be connected to 12v relay or 220v contactor, with 1 channel for single gun and 2 channels for double gun  
3) Electromagnetic lock: 2-channel electromagnetic lock with 12v output, can switch between positive and negative 12v, suitable for driving coils or motors  
4) Indicator lights: 3-channel indicator lights, 12v output, current 10ma, with current limit, anti short circuit burn out. Single charging includes: running, charging, and fault indicator lights. The dual charging indicators are: running, A charging, and B charging (The indicator light can be customized)
5) CP signal: 2-channel CP signal output, meets the PWM output of 12v, 9v, and 6v according to the national standard, and the pulse width can be set to 3.5KW or 7KW
6) CC signal: meets the control function of the national standard CC signal, with 12v switch acquisition  
7) Output feedback: the closed or open status of the contactor, and the acquisition of 12v switch values
8) Electromagnetic lock feedback: The closed or open state of the electromagnetic lock, with a 12v switch value acquisition  
9) Gun temperature feedback: charging gun head temperature switch status, 12v switch acquisition
10) Emergency stop: Emergency stop charging button status, 12v switch quantity collection  
11) Touch screen: human-machine interface operation, standard 4.3-inch screen for single charging, 7.0-inch screen for dual charging, power supply 12v400ma output, communication RS232. Others can be customized  
12) Electricity meter: It can connect 1 or 2 electricity meters, and the address of the electricity meter can be set. The interface of the electricity meter is RS485. 9600. E.8.1, and the protocol meets the national standard DLT645-2007. All single-phase electricity meters can be used
13) RS485: Backup communication interface for networking with the backend
14) GPRS or WIFI: Backup communication interface, networking with the backend, providing 12V power supply, can be connected to GPRS 2G/3G/4G, or WIFI
15) Grounding PE: External grounding
16) CAN: Meets the can2.0 protocol, has a backup communication interface, and is connected to the backend network,
17) Card reader: an external IC non-contact card reader used for settlement  
18) Card reader USB interface: an external IC non-contact card reader used for settlement. Simultaneously used for local controller upgrade programs
2、 Software configuration
1) Human computer interface
A) 4.3/7-inch industrial touch screen.
B) Charging voltage, charging current, energy metering information, account balance, consumption amount, charging time, etc.
C) Equipped with power supply, charging operation, and fault indicator light.
D) Administrator parameter settings require password access.
E) Display nearly 50 fault alarm information records, without loss in case of power failure.
F) Status display and text reminders during the charging process to prevent personnel from making mistakes.
2) Charging function
A) CC and CP comply with the new national standard GBT18487.1-2016
B) Charging modes: fixed charge, timed charge, fixed charge, scheduled charge, automatic full charge, manual charge
C) The function of saving charging records in case of power failure ensures that charging information is not lost.
D) The function of saving network disconnection charging records ensures that the disconnection charging information is not lost, and the network connection continues to upload settlement information.
E) Record 100 charging information in a loop. No loss in case of power failure, can be uploaded to the backend.
F) Support card swiping to start charging.
G) Support scanning QR code to start charging.
3) Protection fault alarm function
A) Communication input overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, leakage, lightning protection, some protection settings can be set.
B) Electromagnetic lock locks the charging gun during charging.
C) Charging in progress, gun head temperature monitoring, over temperature alarm, stop charging.
D) Equipped with an emergency stop switch, it can stop charging urgently through manual or remote communication instructions.
E) Manual confirmation is required when starting the charging process.
F) When an important alarm occurs in the system, immediately report the relevant alarm fault.
4) Payment function
A) Support contactless IC card payment.
B) Scan the QR code on the payment mobile app for payment.
C) Support WeChat QR code payment.
5) Measurement function
A) Electricity meter measurement.
6) Backend communication function (protocol customizable)
A) Supports Ethernet communication (standard).
B) Supports RS485 communication (standard).
